Description:
The Nurse lead post has a significant role within the clinical leadership team and contributing to the delivery of a high quality, evidence based service. The role will include contributing to the following domains; Leadership ad Consultancy Education, training, supervision and development of the team leading on service development projects leading on research and audits Ensuring a team culture of learning from complaints, feedback and incidents.
