Description:

HMG is seeking a Nurse to join our team in our Manchester and Leeds Clinic. We are looking for a highly motivated, compassionate, and professional individual who can provide the highest level of patient care. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have at least 2 years of experience as an NP in a practice setting.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, 2 days to include either a weekday and possibility of a weekend day across both Manchester and Leeds HMG Clinics.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

Due to the nature of the role and duties, we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner that has working within a practice setting for minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the patient care team from the day you open your practice up to your final patient visit.
  • Review and document all patient visits and charts in our electronic medical record system.
  • Review and document patients’ medical history.
  • Perform physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and other diagnostic and therapeutic tests.
  • Order diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments for patients.
  • Coordinate with other providers on-site to provide patient care.
  • Provide routine office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, answering faxes, etc.
  • Provide on-call consults as needed for acute illnesses or emergencies.
  • Review incoming referrals from other providers to ensure that they are accurate and complete before they are sent off to the practice management department for processing.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with all information provided in the electronic medical record system.
  • Work closely with the practice management team to review patient records for accuracy, completeness, and quality assurance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
