Description:
DETAILS
- Specialty: Primary Care ages 5 to end of life
- Subspecialty Interest: Urban medicine/working with the most vulnerable and at risk in our community/50% of our patients are Hispanic so bilingual is a plus!
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm
- Call Schedule: No call
- Practice Detail: Ascension Saint Agnes Mobile Health Unit (currently serving SW Baltimore)
- EMR System: Meditech, eClinicalWorks, and Athena
- Facility: Ascension Saint Agnes
- Location: Balitmore City
QUALIFICATIONS
Active CRNP license.
Experience in medical-surgical settings; emergency department experience is a plus.
Strong commitment to community service and health equity.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
