ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity is presented to embark on a career as a Nurse Practitioner within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network’s Community Geriatrics team.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional primary healthcare services to the geriatric community. Leveraging your advanced clinical expertise and unwavering commitment to patient-centred care, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing and managing complex age-related health conditions.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of innovative care strategies, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your ability to foster strong relationships with patients, families and caregivers will be instrumental in promoting positive health outcomes and enhancing the overall well-being of the elderly population.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with the notation of Nurse Practitioner.
