JOB DESCRIPTION:

OnSite Care is looking for an exceptional Family Practice Physician to join our team at our clinic in Mesa, AZ. Our model truly supports a “quality over quantity” approach to patient care. Our providers can spend thoughtful time with their patients without having to consider RVUs/production requirements. We do not see Medicare/Medicaid patients.

Basic job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and treating a wide range of illnesses and injuries, as well as providing vaccinations and preventative care.
  • Prescribing and administering medication.
  • Treating patients with common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor traumas.
  • Monitoring of chronic conditions, i.e., blood pressure checks, glucose monitoring, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with standards of care and practice by all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in a medical treatment facility.
  • Refer patients to correct medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
  • Order diagnostic tests as applicable.
  • Assist patients to increase knowledge of specific conditions through individual and/or group educational opportunities.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active and unrestricted state NP/PA License and Federal DEA Registration are required.
  • 3-5 years of Family Practice experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
  • BLS/ACLS Certification
