- Registered Nurse with Experience: At least 5 years of post-registration experience, with the ability to supervise and support less experienced staff and students.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven expertise in leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and fostering team collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting.
- Change Management and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to lead change, promote consumer engagement, and apply innovative solutions in healthcare settings.
- In-Depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant legislation, safety and quality standards, and contemporary nursing issues in Australia.
