We understand the importance of a work-life balance, so we offer flexible shifts to suit your schedule. Typical shifts begin between 8:00-9:00 am and end around 5:00-6:00 pm. Additional hours may also be available for those seeking extra flexibility.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join us as a Nursery Assistant and enjoy a fulfilling role supporting children up to 5 years old across a variety of nurseries in Bicester. This is a fantastic chance to help children learn and grow in a safe, nurturing setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside experienced childcare professionals to provide attentive, high-quality care to every child.
• Engage Young Minds: Lead fun, developmentally appropriate activities including reading, creative arts, and outdoor play.
• Daily Support and Safety: Oversee meals, naps, and playtime to maintain a secure and supportive environment.
• Foster a Positive Atmosphere: Help create a warm, friendly space where children can feel comfortable and valued.
