Nursery Deputy Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join a Private Children’s Nursery in Finchley, North London. This is a full time role working 40 hours a week, which is 80% office based and as the Nursery Deputy Manager, you will not be included in the ratios.
The Nursery has the capacity for around 60 children and is open all year round. As the Deputy manager, you will be a leading example for the rest of the team and also be able to stand in for the manager in their absence. If you have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader or a Third in Charge, then this could be a great step forward, as the Nursery also offer great support.

Nursery Deputy Manager Role:

• Support Nursery Manager with managing the setting
• Be a role model, demonstrating excellent practice
• To lead all staff in the absence of the manager
• Ensure EYF and the policies of the Nursery are implemented
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the post as directed by the Nursery Manager.
• build strong relationships with the team and parents

Nursery Deputy Manager Requirements:

• Level 3 Early years qualification or equivalent
• Experience of leading a team
• Experience of Ofsted inspection
• Training and developing staff
• a clear enhanced DBS
