NURSERY DEPUTY MANAGER

ABOUT US

Newly opened in July 2020, private day nursery, located in Croydon. The setting offers full time and part time care to children aged between 3 months and 5 years of age.
We are looking for someone to lead and be part of our nursery team and community and we offer training and ongoing professional development plus workplace pension. If you have a Level 3 in Early Years or above and Deputy or strong Room Leader experience, please forward your CV and availability for interview asap.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE ALSO ESSENTIAL:

· To have worked with under 5’s in a nursery environment as a Deputy Manager or Manager
· Possess an NVQ 3 in childcare or above.
· SENCO Training
· The ability to write quality observations/ planning/ next steps
· Possess a deep knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
· Knowledge of Ofsted requirements within Nursery environment
· Planning skills /experience.
· Sound knowledge and experience writing 2 year progress checks/ integrated review
· DBS on Update service
· Safeguarding Children Training
· Experience managing a staff team
