NURSERY MANAGER WANTED!

Location: Crawley Salary: Starting at £32,000 Urgently Needed!
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager/Room Supervisor to join our team in Crawley. This is an urgent requirement and offers a competitive starting salary of £32,000.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in early childhood education and nursery management.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in early years education or childcare.
• A passion for early childhood development and a patient, nurturing approach.

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programmes.
• Supervise and mentor nursery staff, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on child progress.
