We’re looking for an enthusiastic Nursing Administrator to join our team in Mount Eden, Auckland. In this role, you’ll be providing essential administrative support to ensure our community nursing services run smoothly and efficiently. With a mix of both office-based work and the flexibility to work from home one day a week once trained, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare team.
NGĀ MAHI | WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Providing administrative support to our nursing services, ensuring timely coordination and delivery.
- Managing phone calls, enquiries, and electronic filing.
- Preparing funding requests and processing invoices.
- Liaising with clients, GPs, practice nurses, and other healthcare providers.
- Assisting in managing schedules and job allocations for nursing staff.
