• Department: Adult Day Care
• Schedule: PRN; as needed day shift, typically 2 days a week
• Facility: Alexian Village Milwaukee
• Location: Milwaukee WI
• Salary Midpoint: $20.00 per hour for Tier 2
  Actual compensation offer will vary based upon tier selected, 1, 2, or 3.

REQUIREMENTS

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Assist with basic patient care activities.

• Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) or other clinical supervisor.
• Assist in providing care appropriate to population specific facilitating timely and individualized care of assigned patients.
• Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
• Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Assist in providing care appropriate to a specific population by facilitating time and individualized care of assigned patients.
