Description:

PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for qualified Nursing Associates or those qualifying soon
We would like to invite you to join our efficient and exciting opportunity to work in our Acute Assessment Unit and Ambulatory Care on the Hinchingbrooke site. We are a very friendly and welcoming team, who strive to provide the best high-quality care to our patients. The team has its very own enthusiastic consultants and nurses who provide the very best patient centred specialised care.
We are currently looking to recruit a Nursing Associate for a permanent contract. The ideal candidate for this position would be a highly motivated, flexible, dynamic, and caring Nursing Associate. You will have the ability to work autonomously as well as having good organisational and communication skills. You will be working within a clinical team alongside the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to provide the highest quality care required to support each patient in their care pathway, whilst improving the patient experience, maintaining clinical credibility and disseminating knowledge.
Please note that we can only consider applications from individuals with a live NMC registration or UK nursing students awaiting their PIN, as we are currently unable to support OSCE.
You will be fully supported by the Matron, Ward Manager and other ward staff that work regularly on the floor alongside the team, embedding the highest level of nursing skills and care. We strive to promote a friendly and supportive environment where learning from each other is paramount.
If you are an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who has excellent communication skills, sharing in the ward desire to deliver and develop high standards of quality specialised care, then we would like to hear from you.
We are dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusivity within our workforce and warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, with a particular emphasis on encouraging those from disabled, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, as well as candidates from our local area.
As part of our commitment to supporting our employees we offer a range of benefits including:
Generous annual leave entitlement starting at 27 days and increasing to 29 days after five years of service and 33 days after 10 years of service, in addition to the national Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part time staff);
