Nursing Associate / Clinical Band 4 Islington EIS

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Associate in the Islington Early Intervention in Psychosis Team.
We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and dynamic individual with experience of working in a mental health setting to join our cohesive, multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for a reliable, flexible staff member, who can demonstrate high levels of commitment and enthusiasm with an ability to provide quality care to our service users in the community.
You will be working with a group of diverse members of the multidisciplinary team and will be offered support, supervision and training opportunities to develop your skills.
You will be working in a holistic person-centred way to deliver care to the service users, using a positive strength based model to provide support and generate optimism for the future.
You will work closely with other professionals and organisations to improve the physical health screening of a cohort of EIS service users in line with national EIP targets, as of part of a well researched holistic treatment package.
The team is based in Camden which is well connected with various transport links including tube, over ground trains and multiple bus routes.
The team promotes a full symptomatic and social recovery, with an emphasis on assisting service users into valued education and occupation.
