You should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a passion for the delivery of high quality, compassionate care, and be able to demonstrate the ability to help change and motivate others. You will have the responsibility of caring for group of patients with complex needs along side the registered nurse for support and advice.
The candidates will be able to work flexibly in diverse clinical environments maintaining clinical experience. They will also have high level self-management skills, including time management, prioritisation and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build on the networks required for the role.
