Description:
Providence Place of Pine Grove (Personal Care / Memory Support Community) is seeking to recruit a dynamic Full Time Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist. The Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist reports to the Executive Director and Director of Nursing and is responsible for screening, interviewing, and onboarding new co-workers. This position will also train new caregivers, assist with nursing processes, scheduling and manage open positions.
STARTING AT $45K - $50K, BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, occasional evenings or weekends required. This position will be part of the Manager on Duty weekend rotation.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Prior caregiving experience preferred.
- Computer Software including Microsoft Office required.
