Knowledge of computer scheduling programs in order to compile, maintain, analyze and compare necessary staffing reports.

Knowledge of general office practices, filing procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
Ability to handle pressure situations and meet varied and unexpected demands.
Ability to interpret and advise regarding Collective Agreement provisions.
Effective interpersonal communication.
Typing speed in English at a minimum of 65 words per minute with a maximum 5% error rate.

Physical Requirements

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
