ABOUT MY GUARDIAN

Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
- Assistance with their medications, mobility, transfers and use of hoist
- Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and assistance with personal hygiene
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Report client deterioration and any incidents/injuries
- Follow any client behvioural support plans
- Arranging social activities and community access
- Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
- Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
