ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced Midwife to join our Careline team for a 12-month maternity cover role. This part-time position, working three days a week, involves providing nutrition advice, feeding support, and product information for all Nutricia products.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering a high standard of consumer experience
  • Providing expert advice, education and support for consumers and HCPs seeking assistance with our products and/or general feeding, enteral feeding, nutrition, metabolic conditions, allergy & intolerance advice.
  • Managing stock-related enquiries to provide a solution to the patient, consumer or HCP and liaising internally to ensure the best outcomes for both the business and consumer/patient/HCP
  • Managing initial enquiries and concerns about product complaints.
  • Processing and fulfilling sample products for evaluation in partnership with external HCPs
  • Accurately recording information to capture key consumer insights
  • Supporting content development for consumer and HCP websites and Facebook.
  • Supporting education & launch events as needed.

About you
You are a warm, caring, and empathetic experienced Midwife with the ability to quickly understand consumer needs and concerns. You possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, consistently going above and beyond your role to deliver added value to the business.
