DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Food Production Manager, this position performs a variety of specialized duties related to the receipt, interpretation and follow through of the patient diet prescription.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Within 30 days of hire National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree in Nutrition. Or equivalent educ/experience
- Experience in modified diets/hospital dietetics.
