• Lead and develop the national BDM team including hiring, training, motivating, providing ongoing professional development opportunities, and maintaining accountability to weekly and monthly KPI targets and other business plan objectives
• Manage and drive the New Zealand business growth strategy for Envoyage
• Be the face of Envoyage in New Zealand, via regular attendance at industry events & other networking opportunities to source leads, partnership and acquisition opportunities
• Source opportunities for partnership and acquisition for further discussion with the leadership team
• Work with GM on the competitive market strategy for Envoyage
• Provide competitor intel and updates monthly to senior management and work on ongoing competitor related projects, strategy & education of the BDM Team on competitor strengths & weaknesses to improve conversion
