Responsibilities:

To provide customer service excellence and fulfil our promise of immediate response to requests for goods and services to meet the required timeframes.
The NZS Site Facilitator assists with the daily activities of the on-site stores which includes the checking and ordering of goods, labelling, storage of goods and stocktaking.

They facilitate any enquiries for product and services from the customer and process these requirements. The Manager may assign other duties from time to time, to ensure the continuous operation of the business.

  • Facilitate all enquiries for goods and services from the customer.
  • Maintain the engineer’s stores to a standard that meets with BES and customer expectations.
  • Replenish the engineers stores and vending machines to required stock levels.
  • Assist with stocktakes.
  • Complete any administration tasks.
  • Assist with customer training for any on site technology key to the operation of the store and its issue processes.
  • Foster a customer-focused working environment, embrace clear responsibilities and expectations.
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Motor Vehicle, BES Dress Standards and ISO Quality Systems.
  • Ensure you understand customer needs and deliver the expected outcomes.
