The company’s strength lies in its ability to provide a comprehensive blend of superior technology and customized software solutions. These range from the most basic machine interfaces to custom applications to branding to complex networking solutions.
We are currently looking to hire an Operations and Maintenance Engineer for upcoming office in Mexico City. Our office is set to open by 2025!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer-related field;
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred, with customer service communication and problem-solving experience being a plus;
• Familiarity with mainstream operating systems (such as Linux and Windows) installation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting, with a preference for ubuntu os;
• Proficient in databases like MySQL and Redis, able to independently install and resolve database issues;
• Skilled in using and troubleshooting middleware such as Nginx, Redis, Tomcat, Elasticsearch, Logstash and RabbitMQ;
• Familiarity with docker containers and proficient in using common commands to manage containers;
• Knowledge of operational monitoring tools (like Prometheus) configuration and usage;
• Basic understanding of public cloud and private cloud operations, such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS is preferred;
• Strong team collaboration skills, quick learning ability and capable of handling high work pressure;
• Fluent spoken English with good communication skills.

• Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the company’s software products and servers in North America;
• Manage the operations, deployment, and maintenance of Linux systems;
• Analyze performance data and logs of Linux operating systems to drive system performance improvements;
• Conduct daily monitoring and data processing tasks for Linux operating systems;
• Handle emergency tasks outside of regular working hours on a rotational basis to ensure high system availability;
• Other duties as assigned.
