REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Order to Cash area (preferably Collections) , experience in similar position will be an advantage
  • University/College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process and accounting rules
  • Good command of English (both verbal and written)
  • MS Office knowledge – very good excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a busy and high-profile environment
    Experience working within a multi-cultural environment

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

TMF Colombia is looking for a Bilingual Billing Specialist, with at least 3 years of experience in Financial areas, billing, invoicing and Excel to work in hybrid modality from Bogotá, Colombia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer relationship and ensure a high level of service is provided at all times
  • Act as business partner in order to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections and disputes management
  • Act as escalation point of contact for collection related matters
  • Regularly update the Line Manager about development, progress of collection process and dispute resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement while monitor the outcome of the team, meeting quality standards
  • Develop, support team members and provide supervision on their activities
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
  • Proactively manage team performance through robust objective setting, delivering constructive feedback and confidently managing under-performance
  • Follow defined internal policies and procedures
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality service according to agreed deadlines, KPIs and SLAs
