JOB PURPOSE

The O2C Senior Specialist - Client Setup at TMF Group plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients by meticulously reviewing and evaluating the financial aspects of contracts. The role involves preparing legal and financial assessments for potential clients, setting up users and entities on external vendor portals, and working closely with Master Data and other O2C teams to ensure accurate ERP system configurations. The senior specialist will also manage the inflation increase process, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of O2C processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics. The O2C Specialist contributes to the company’s success by ensuring that all client setups are accurate, efficient, and compliant with financial regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and evaluate financial aspects in contracts
• Prepare legal and financial assessments for potential new customers
• Setup users and TMF entities on external vendor portals
• Work closely with Master Data & other O2C Teams on proper ERP system setup
• Manage inflation increase process by cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
