Description:

Your tasks

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Implement, and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Network Administration: Maintain and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Ensure that IT systems and infrastructure are operational and reliable, minimizing downtime and disruptions, also the functionality of IT equipment (servers, PCs, printers, VoIP telephony and other IT equipment);
  • Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
  • Oversee the incident management process, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution of IT incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the service management system.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems and printers , install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, also provide local support for centralized managed IT systems and IT infrastructure, to implement new projects or improved solutions
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems and data from threats.
  • IT support for the company’s users – 2nd level HelpDesk;
  • Installation and operation of Microsoft systems (Windows, Windows Server 2019. VM);
  • Knowledge of Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, OneDrive);
  • Active Directory and Identity Management system management
  • Management and configuration of company mobile phones

Your profile

  • University degree or relevant experience in the similar field minimum 2 years,
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Have experience in working in a multi-national company
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems, and networking.
  • Good problem solving and communication skills, and analytical thinking
