PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Completed a Safety and Health at Work (SSM) course with a duration of at least 80 hours.
- Bachelor’s degree required - technical studies or engineering.
- Professional Fluency in Romanian and English.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying the main characteristics of the system/process under evaluation, selecting the evaluation method, and establishing the working tools.
- Conduct OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) training and knowledge testing for the company’s employees.
- Verify compliance with legal provisions in the field of occupational safety and health.
- Collaborate with the external prevention and protection service.
- Represents the employer in front of the competent control authorities for the area of activity managed (e.g. the Bucharest Territorial Labor Inspectorate, the Bucharest Emergency Situations Inspectorate.
- Participate in the investigation of incidents related to OSH, according to the competencies provided by the applicable legislation.
- Monitor the implementation of measures ordered by labor inspectors, during inspections and incident investigations.
- Strictly adhere to occupational safety and fire protection rules at the site where the service is performed.
- Monitors the scheduling and carrying out of the periodic control of occupational medicine, the control when resuming the activity after an interruption of at least 90 days, etc.
- Maintain records of medical examinations.
- Participate, along with dedicated personnel from the building administration, in verifying the operational status of alarm, warning, and emergency signaling systems, as well as safety systems.
- Collaborate with dedicated personnel from the building administration regarding the organization of evacuation drills for the workspace and building.
- Collaborate with the Talent and Culture Department whenever requested to find optimal solutions related to workplace safety and health.
- Participate in the meetings of the company’s Occupational Safety and Health Committee.
- The position is hybrid.
