Description:

The OH Customer Assistant provides frontline administrative and reception support, necessary for the delivery of a client-focused Occupational Health Service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationship with all service users, and the achievement of the departmental performance standards.
Rotating across the 3 sites OH Assistant will help to manage clinics, deal with wide-ranging customer enquiries, respond to duty desk enquiries including exposure incidents and infectious outbreaks, administer new starter health screening and ensures that referrals from managers are processed promptly.
Accountable for ensuring the delivery of efficient customer-focused administrative tasks to support the delivery of OH Services.
Work as member of a multi-disciplinary team undertaking wide-ranging administrative tasks, to ensure the provision of effective administrative systems and procedures, to support full-service delivery.
Adhere to relevant Service Processes, Trust Policies and Guidelines.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships and communication channels with all stakeholders, business partners and service users, and liaise with them closely and in a timely manner.
Use IT functionality to ensure the collection and reporting of performance activity data and accurate clinical records
