We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, forward-thinking Social Worker - Occupational Therapist to join our Older People Mental Health East team, based in St Leonards on Sea. Who would welcome the opportunity to work in a service that is adapting to the increased demands of our County and is open to fresh ideas and new ways of working.

We welcome applications of Practitioners experienced in other areas of social care practice who have a passion for mental health and substance misuse work.

We ensure our staff have the tools and support they need, these include:

  • flexible working practices supported by the latest technology.
  • access to expert advice and support from qualified social work managers - including reflective supervision and a complex risk forum.
  • evidence-based team learning, group reflective practice, online research tools.
  • specialist training in partnership with Brighton University.

Hybrid working arrangements are applicable to the role this includes elements of office-based working, client visits and working from home. You will need to demonstrate you can meet the travel requirements of the role.
Hours: 37 per week (part time hours considered)
