Occupational Therapist

Purpose of job To provide a community Occupational Therapy for client group residing in LBB. To assess individuals within client group, to identify and monitor their needs. To recommend rehabilitative solutions, in order to facilitate independence, and/or improve quality of life, in accordance with Departmental policies and current legislation. To develop a comprehensive and effective service by continuously evaluating service provision on a professional and administrative level, and recommend and implement improvements.
To teach, liaise, and provide advice about rehabilitative and reablement principles and techniques to the management of a wide range of statutory and voluntary agencies, in order to improve services for people with physical disabilities
