Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Occupational Therapist at Wirral University Teaching Hospital!
Location: Arrowe Park Hospital, Wirral, CH49 5PE
Band: 6 (Senior Occupational Therapist)

Responsibilities:

· Manage your own caseload: Assess and treat a wide range of patients in your specialty area while keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
· Lead and mentor: Supervise and guide less experienced therapists, assistants, apprentices, and students, helping them grow in their roles.
· Collaboration: Work as an integral member of our multidisciplinary team (MDT), contributing to care planning and patient outcomes.
· Innovate and improve: Get involved in departmental audits, research, and service development to drive continuous improvement.
