Responsibilities:

At NTUC Health, our primary goal is to “add life to years”, promoting and building communities of “ageless seniors”. For seniors who require rehabilitation, we support them by helping them regain mobility and physical functions after illness or surgery, to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
As an Occupational therapist, you enhance the quality of life for seniors by helping them maintain or regain independence in their daily activities and enabling them to live a purposeful life.

You will need to

  • Assess and evaluate the client’s physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design appropriate intervention plans.
  • Support our clients to participate meaningfully in their environment and this includes but is not limited to:
  • Conduct caregiver training and education
  • Prescribe appropriate aids or assistive devices
  • Conduct home assessment and modification as necessary
  • Participate in quality improvement, research, and collaborative projects
  • Conduct training for therapists, support staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standard

You should be someone who

  • Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
  • Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Is proficient in Google Suite applications

It would be great if you

  • Are open to travel to various locations for work
  • Can speak more than one local language
