If you’ve answered YES to these questions, then we would love to hear from you.
Our mission statement within the Neath Port Talbot Community Reablement Team is: To promote independence and improve the daily lives of patients and their families in the community, when they need us.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative occupational therapist to join our busy, dynamic and friendly team.
