We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking an Intermediate Organizational Change Lead with Business Analysis experience to join our consulting firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
- College/university graduate or equivalent combination of technical skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex change initiatives
- Role suitable for candidates with professional experience with Project Management
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be willing to travel to client sites as required
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada, and must be based in Toronto, or GTA area, or willing to relocate.
- This role is a full-time, non-remote position based in Toronto Ontario.

Responsibilities:
Change Assessment:
- Collect and analyze key change details to define parameters of changes, impact of change, and purpose of change
- Engage with appropriate client management stakeholders to capture and articulate change vision connected to strategic business objectives
- Capture and analyze client organizational hierarchy and stakeholders to develop understanding of impacted groups across the organization
- Assess organizational attributes and culture to determine readiness for change and identify high-level adoption risks
Change Planning:
- Develop overall change management strategy using inputs from assessment phase to generate an approach to delivering change across the client organization
- Work closely with client senior management to coach and cultivate broad coalition of support within their organizational network to champion and promote change both horizontally and vertically
- Create and socialize communication plans with key stakeholders with the goal of establishing and maximizing stakeholder awareness of changes amongst all stakeholder groups
- Evaluate end user learning needs to develop training plan geared towards facilitating acquisition of essential skills and knowledge to operate in the future state
- Define, develop, and socialize success criteria and adoption metrics to inform progress of change management efforts
- Develop sponsorship management plan to maximize visibility, presence, and influence of key sponsors
