JOB TITLE : ODOO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant for the project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions using Odoo’s functional modules, and implementing and configuring Odoo to meet Axiom needs. The Odoo Functional Consultant will collaborate closely with Axiom Internal team, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful ERP implementations.

SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
• Solid experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant as SCM & Finance, working on multiple full-cycle Odoo implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes across various functional areas.
• Proficient in configuring and customizing Odoo modules using the built-in tools.
• Familiarity with Odoo development framework and ability to provide guidance to technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Odoo solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role is preferred.
• Certification in Odoo Functional or related areas is a plus.

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE

Finance, SCM, Retail

• Gather and analyze client requirements to understand business processes and identify areas where Odoo can be leveraged for optimization.
• Design and configure Odoo functional modules, including but not limited to CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting.
• Customize and extend Odoo modules using the built-in tools and features provided by the platform.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify functional and technical requirements that may require custom development or integrations with other systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide guidance and support in the development and implementation of custom modules or modifications.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with end-user training and support during the implementation phase.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented Odoo solutions, including troubleshooting issues, addressing change requests, and assisting with system upgrades.
