Description:
We are looking for a business analyst to join our Worldwide Field sales organization. As a key member of the sales team covering Hewlett Packard Enterprise, (HPE), you will be closely engaged in supporting one of NVIDIA’s most strategic accounts! You will lead our operations team as the main customer interface focused on business analytics, process improvement, sales forecasting, supply and demand optimization, customer relationship management, and will be aligning customer expectations with our company goals.
What you’ll be doing:
You will own managing the relationship between NVIDIA and HPE global supply chain. You will also be expected to deliver business analysis for NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform portfolio including CPU, GPU, DPU, software and services businesses by:
- Running internal and external workflows, including pricing communications, market development fund accruals, deal tracking, rebates, EOL terms, revenue management, and contract negotiations.
- Orchestrating and implementing process improvement strategies with HPE and NVIDIA operations, planning and sales organizations.
- Contributing to the development and tracking of critical metrics and indicators for future improvement opportunities and identify and recommend corrective actions to address any shortfalls.
- Interact directly with HPE operations teams and regions on building and maintaining a twelve-month forecast, timely PO placement in accordance with lead times, pipeline and fulfillment data analysis, supply and demand trend analysis and more.
- Establish and standardize required business reporting for internal and external customer consumption, and business reviews.
- Work with NVIDIA market research team to ensure market analysis data is available and relevant to HPE, and can be used in customer presentations and communications by the field team.
- Supporting the NVIDIA HPE sales team by:
- Contributing to the development of team goals & objectives by providing past and forward-looking business analytics.
- Cross functional team project support and participation.
- Analyze and propose standard processes to improve sales planning and forecasting with HPE and help with field enablement.
- Become the HPE team subject matter expert in market analysis and able to deliver presentations and training to the rest of the global team.
- Work with global account managers and sales representatives to updates and automate tracking system, such as CRM. Pipeline management.
What we need to see:
- BA/BS business administration degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Sales Operations/Analyst experience with strategic accounts.
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry and experience in supply chain management.
- Skilled at translating market intelligence into innovative strategies to drive business expansion and support long-term growth.
- Strong data analytical skills, and proficiency in sales/financial reporting and business analytical thinking skills.
- High energy and positive problem-solving attitude. Attention to detail, accuracy, & ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and strong organization skills

The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 195,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
