The OEM Manager will drive strategic partnerships and manage relationships in the Middle East region. The role involves developing and driving strategies to grow Castrol’s market share, ensuring alignment with OEM requirements, and fostering long-term business growth through co-branded and joint marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Manage the overall Strategic Partnership Management: build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners to identify and capitalize on mutual business opportunities.
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Develop and complete strategic plans to grow volume and enhance Castrol’s value proposition with OEMs.
Be responsible for Market Development: identify and pursue new OEM partnership opportunities across the region.
Work with internal teams to align Castrol products with OEM specifications and certifications.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
Coordinate Sales and Revenue Growth: collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive joint campaigns and increase revenue through OEM channels.
Develop pricing strategies in alignment with market conditions and business objectives.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and report progress to senior management.
Be responsible for Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with product development, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with OEM expectations.
Represent Castrol in meetings, trade shows, and other industry events to promote the brand and strengthen relationships.
Provide Customer Support: technical and operational support to OEM partners.
Address concerns or issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manager Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): volume and revenue growth from OEM partnerships, new OEM partnerships established, customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Oversee successful execution of joint marketing initiatives.
