Partner Activation is a global organisation focused on the proactive and reactive development of over partners globally. This opportunity is a highly responsible Partner Management role where the candidate develops and maintains professional relationships with their designated SAP Partners.
The OEM Partner Manager will maintain focus on increasing partner satisfaction and productivity, while contributing to SAP’s growth strategy. The Partner Manager is also responsible for building a network of strong relationships with key stakeholders inside the SAP organisation, ensuring clear and consistent communication with our partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, managing the relationship, resolving issues and ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Identify new OEM partnership opportunities to expand and grow the business in alignment with company strategy.
  • Develop and execute OEM partnership agreements.
  • Monitor OEM partner performance, including sales targets, compliance, and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner success.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to renewal or termination.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on partner performance and market trends.
