Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Offer Manager – Maintenance within Global Services, to support our sales growth and strategic offer development related to our recurring business.
This role will develop and lead our strategy implementation for our Maintenance portfolio, encompassing both our digital offers as well as the OnSite-offering across all business units within Global Services.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to work with Services leaders, the Nordics & Baltics sales- and operational-organization to ensure continuous growth related to our recurring business.
The role will support current offers throughout their lifecycle, as well as analyze, develop, launch and support new offerings on our growth journey related to Maintenance-offers and recurring business.
To succeed in the role, you will require a strong discipline enabling you to identify, build and reach our long-term growth objectives and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Act as the owner of your offer, ensuring the E2E-process is in place, conduct and contribute to e.g.: trainings, identifying and nurturing ambassadors in the countries.
  • Be active on the field, supporting sales initiatives for key accounts in order to obtain and secure the annual targets for Maintenance-portfolio.
  • Proactively solicit voice of customer, and monitor trends and emerging concepts/ technologies, in order to position and differentiate our offer in the market.
  • Work with line of business owners, Global Services offer managers, product specialists and engineering staff to define offer requirements, develop and launch new offers, and evolve, strengthen and expand existing offers
  • Build and ensure execution is obtained in relation to the annual marketing and sales plan (AMSP) for your offer portfolio.
  • Plan and executes market development activities, including pricing and promotion.
  • Be an internal and external expert for the service portfolio that you will have ownership of.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

You hold a commercial drive, growth mindset and interest in technology – you can familiarize yourself with new technology effectively on a general level. You hold a business or technical degree - preferably in a marketing or electrical related field. You have experience working in building strategic, tactical, and operational marketing plans as well as understanding of data monetization and digitization in businesses.
Furthermore, you have excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. You are fluent in English, and any other Nordic language is a plus.
