As “Senior Offering Manager (m/w/d) Cloud Billing” you will be the person being responsible for the further development of the Cloud Billing platform. You will be part of an agile SCRUM development and a service team. You will work together with the other team members in various countries, like Hungary, India and Brasil, to reach the strategic goals for our Cloud Billing SaaS solution on the market. You are responsible for the planning and extension of new digital business processes as well as the transformation of the respective requirements into the product roadmap.
You will act on all management levels at our potential target customers.
Your tasks in detail are:
- Management of the delivery/service teams
- Manage the value creation for the customer and for T-Systems
- Drive and extend our SaaS Cloud Billing solution and represent the technical and business interests of management, customers and other stakeholders
- Lead discussions with potential and future customers to derive valuable requirements for cross-functional teams on complex business and technical subjects
- Constantly evolve our product and think strategically beyond the daily business
- Release planning and clarify expectations for new functionalities
- Manage the development process, taking into account the customer journey, and derive the need for possible market and customer surveys
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, customers and the teams
- Actively contribute to overcoming barriers that stand in the way of successful completion of the release & sprint target
