Offering Manager (m/f/d) Cloud Billing

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in computer science or engineering or comparable
• At least 5 years of experience as product owner leading agile development teams, especially with global teams
• Experience as a product owner, project manager, solution designer or in a comparable position that is characterized by managing complex projects
• Proven experience in at least 2 of these methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Project Management.
• Proven experience in at least 2 of these technical areas: Networking, Security, Containers, Identity Management, Serverless, Monitoring & Alarming, Cost Management, Service Management
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes in complex strategic projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic approach and a hands-on mentality
• Willing to achieve goals with limited resources as well as high motivation to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Ability to deliver results with a high focus on customer needs, considering an agile environment with changing priorities
• Experience in internal T-Systems applications and processes will be a plus, such as BRIM, PSA, ServiceNow
• Proven communications skills: written and verbal
• Collaboration and teamwork, working in an agile team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Emotional intelligence and owning up to errors
• Problem solving and creativity
• Business fluent in written and spoken in English and German

As “Senior Offering Manager (m/w/d) Cloud Billing” you will be the person being responsible for the further development of the Cloud Billing platform. You will be part of an agile SCRUM development and a service team. You will work together with the other team members in various countries, like Hungary, India and Brasil, to reach the strategic goals for our Cloud Billing SaaS solution on the market. You are responsible for the planning and extension of new digital business processes as well as the transformation of the respective requirements into the product roadmap.
You will act on all management levels at our potential target customers.

Your tasks in detail are:

• Management of the delivery/service teams
• Manage the value creation for the customer and for T-Systems
• Drive and extend our SaaS Cloud Billing solution and represent the technical and business interests of management, customers and other stakeholders
• Lead discussions with potential and future customers to derive valuable requirements for cross-functional teams on complex business and technical subjects
• Constantly evolve our product and think strategically beyond the daily business
• Release planning and clarify expectations for new functionalities
• Manage the development process, taking into account the customer journey, and derive the need for possible market and customer surveys
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, customers and the teams
• Actively contribute to overcoming barriers that stand in the way of successful completion of the release & sprint target
