Le Coordinateur de l’Offre, CRM et Marketing en ligne est responsable de la définition et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de promotion et d’animation pour le Canada, en soutien aux objectifs stratégiques et aux objectifs de revenus de l’entreprise, tout en véhiculant un message de luxe haut de gamme.
Le Coordinateur de l’Offre, CRM et Marketing en ligne gère le calendrier des offres pour le Canada, les animations CRM et médias, ainsi que le développement des deux sites web canadiens pour définir les communications les plus efficaces avec l’aide des équipes NAM.
Le poste fait partie d’une équipe marketing dynamique et orientée vers les résultats, située au bureau canadien du Club Med à Montréal, et implique une grande partie de coordination avec le siège nord-américain basé à Miami. Le Coordinateur de l’Offre, CRM et Marketing en ligne rend compte directement au Directeur Marketing & Communication pour le Canada et est assisté par un VIE pour les médias (Payants et SEO) et les animations des sites web.
DESCRIPTION

The Offer, CRM and Online marketing coordinator is responsible for defining, and implementing the promotion and animation strategy for Canada, in support of the company’s strategic goals and revenue targets, conveying premium upscale message.
The Offer, CRM and Online marketing coordinator drives Canada’s offer calendar, CRM and media animations and strategy, and the two Canadian websites development to define most efficient communications with the help of NAM teams.
The position is part of a dynamic and results-driven marketing team, located in the Canadian office of Club Med in Montreal, and involves a large part of the coordination with the North American head office based in Miami.
The Offer, CRM and Online marketing coordinator reports directly to the Director of Marketing & Communication for Canada and is assisted by a VIE for media (Paid and SEO) and websites animations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Business School with major in Marketing or Communication
- 2-4 years of experience (including internship) in Marketing on relevant topics, a first experience in the tourism industry (cruises, major hospitality brand, …) is a plus.
- At least 6 months of international experience in a multicultural environment (preferably in North America)
SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English
- Strong analytical skills, good knowledge of Google analytics and IX tools, with the ability to build a story and strategies based on data.
- Knowledge of Powerpoint, Simple CMS, Pardot CRM tool, social networks. InDesign / Photoshop are a bonus.
- Strong ability to work in a team and lead transversal project across various internal and external teams.
- Energetic, attentive to detail, creative, able to multi-task and solutions & results oriented.
