Description

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an organized and versatile Office and Accounting Assistant to manage office tasks, assist HR and accounting with data entry and records, coordinate shipping and receiving, and maintain a clean, efficient facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage) is an asset.
  • Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or accounting support roles is preferred.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
