Description:
OTTER HOUSE ARE THE LEADING SUPPLIER OF GREETING CARDS, STATIONERY, GIFTS AND CALENDARS WITH OVER 3 MILLION CARDS PUBLISHED EACH YEAR.
We are currently seeking a proactive Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team in our offices in Exeter.
You will be performing a range of accounting and administrative duties to support the accounts department and working with other departments such as the design studio and sales admin on day to day ad hoc tasks. You will also be part of our payroll team assisting in processing payroll for the three group companies.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Daily banking and cash summary
- Purchase ledger
- Trade apps
- Data entry (including processing invoices, maintenance of spreadsheets, expense claims and preparation of the weekly payment report)
- Production & Distribution of customer statements
- Covering the phones
- Dealing with general accounting and administrative tasks

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
- Full time or 30 hours over 5 days
- Hours 37.5/30 per week. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

- Start date - ASAP
