Responsibilities:

We are seeking a full time experienced Admin Assistant to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MYOB software, including managing accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining financial accuracy, with a focus on inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records using MYOB software.
  • Process, issue, and reconcile invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
  • Manage inventory records and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Provide support for ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks.
