Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office/Admin Assistant, in a full time position to join our family oriented company, to assist in general office duties.
THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Assist and report to the Account/Warehouse manager.
- Answer and allocate incoming telephone calls.
- Assist the Sale, Accounts & Warehouse teams.
- Customer service.
- Handle daily delivery dockets and sales invoices.
- Data entry, manual and electronic filing.
- Greet and welcome visitors attending in house meetings.
- General office duties.
