Are you motivated, professional, and passionate about providing excellent service? We’re looking for a qualified and reliable receptionist/admin to join our physiotherapy clinic. If you have strong multitasking abilities, are detail-oriented, and can thrive in a busy healthcare environment, we want to hear from you!

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Motivated, responsible, accountable, and reliable
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred (especially in a physiotherapy clinic)
  • Knowledge of insurance processes is an asset
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: $15.00-$29.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In perso

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and greeting patients
  • Booking appointments and managing schedules
  • Updating patient accounts with personal and financial information for private, MVA, WCB, and PCN cases
  • Applying and processing payments
  • Following up with clients and insurance companies as needed
  • Ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a positive patient experience
