WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking an Admin / Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth scheduling, execution, and documentation of our roofing services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, solutions-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a service coordination or customer service role (experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in service management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to quickly assess problems and implement effective solutions. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch service appointments efficiently, considering client needs, technician availability, and geographic logistics.
  • Ensure service teams are adequately prepared with the necessary tools, materials, and instructions for each job.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proactively manage scheduling conflicts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of all service requests, appointments, and completed tasks. - Ensure timely submission and organization of all required documentation.

  • Act as a liaison between clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Provide regular updates to all stakeholders regarding service status and timelines. - Monitor service standards and compliance with company policies to ensure top-quality service. - Collect customer feedback and provide reports to management on service performance and areas for improvement.

  • Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee onboarding, and communication with bookkeepers.
