ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
McDougall Energy is looking for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATION position in our TIMMINS operation Reporting to the Operations Manager this position is responsible for:
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries for fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items.
- Taking customer POS payments
- Assisting with inventory reconciliation
- Organizing incoming and outgoing courier packages
- Sorting and filing daily paperwork
- Performing other duties as required, including but not limited to acting as back-up for dispatch administration
