A strong work ethic and positive attitude are musts haves. Likewise, excellent communication skills and the ability to both multitask and work independently will be required to be successful in the role. Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including sound Microsoft Excel skills
- Xero Experience (although full training will be provided)
- A basic accounting knowledge
- Customer service experience

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are looking for an Administration Support person for our Administration Team. This is a fixed term position lasting 6 months with potential for extension, working 1 - 2 days per week on either a Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday. You will be assisting with the day-to-day office functions and in store customer enquiries.
Duties include:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Cashier processes and cash handling
- Invoice processing
- Undertaking general office duties
- Customer service
- Weekly Xero reconciliations
- Weekly department reporting
- Social media support
- Uber reporting and management
- Monthly charge accounts
- Customer engagement and surveys
- Organizing team events and trainings
- Monthly charge accounts
